Bill Green is a Gullah Chef who has made a name for himself in the Lowcountry, cooking traditional homegrown meals. Planting, cultivating, harvesting, and preparing fresh and delicious meals is core to Gullah/Geechee Culture, which has had a major impact upon American Cuisine.
