Lowcountry Boil

The Lowcountry Boil is a tradition and a staple here in the southeastern United States. For generations, families would “throw it all in the pot” and let it cook. Remember that gathering around and sharing stories, while the meal is cooking is just as important as eating it when its done.

THE INGREDIENTS : 2 pounds of unpeeled shrimp 2 packages of Hillshire Farms Polska kielbasa sausage 1 bag of small red potatoes 12–18 ears of shucked sweet corn, cut into halves 1 large can of Old Bay Seasoning A jar of ketchup A jar of raw horseradish Sugar Beer
